Client Reviews of Katie M. Parr Morgan

After not being able to reach Katie Parr for several weeks leading up to last years tax deadline, my taxes were filed electronically by Katie without written authorization from me- afterwards I found out they were submitted incorrectly, costing me a couple thousand dollars in penalties and unclaimed bonuses, and worst of all having left numerous emails messages and phone messages to discuss and figure out how to amend and put right Katie does not pick up any of my calls, return any calls, or respond to any messages. This is completely baffling and unprofessional.
