Absolutely appalled at the way I was treated. I was told my taxes would be ready prior to the IRS accepting. Not only did that now happen, but I was lied to about the amount. The rudeness I received when asking questions. Once he decided to lower the fees I was blinded by, he then told me he forgot to include forms and now I would be getting even less. It felt off, so I decided to go through someone else and I then got a very rude email about "Lesson learned". I would not recommend.
