Have had to amend more than 2 dozen returns from this business due to tax fraud for tax years 2023-2025, most frequently due to falsely reported inflated self employment business mileages creating a massive negative number on the 1040 Line 8. This has resulted in 50+ people having to owe back often $10,000-$30,000 back to the government after penalties and interest. Please advise anyone you know who filed here to have their taxes check by another preparer not associated with him.
