Bruce did our 2013 taxes. We made a 4700.00 mistake which resulted in me writing a 3,044.00 check to NYS. When we finally got a copy of our 2013 return in Dec 2014, I reviewed them and discovered his mistake. Ok, I understand a couple mistakes, but then when we pointed them out to him, he said, "ok, I'll get right on it". After 3 weeks, nothing done, we left 2 messages with his secretary, no response. So we took it to H&R block and they got it done in a week.
