I have been a client of Jim Diapoules for the past 5 years. He was referred to me by our previous accountant who was going into retirement and with whom we had been with for over 20 years. Mr. Diapoules and his entire firm have earned our respect and we have come to rely upon his expert and sage advise as to tax matters. My business with his firm includes multiple LLC's, S Corps, personal tax returns and start up companies. Coming in late 2018 and 2019 he will also be handling the New York premier of our production of the Broadway stage adaptation of the Exorcist which will have many investors requiring appropriate reporting and tax filing requirements in multiple states. In addition his firm will be acting as the global accountant for the company holding the world wide rights for this production with income coming into the USA company from cities including Mexico City, Paris, Berlin, Rome, and many cities in the territories that we control throughout the world.
