TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. While in Tucson, we were relatively happy with Mr. Friezen's work and glad to support a local businessman. However, after a few years, he was bought out or he bought into another business. Then everything became shit. The office can't bother to respond to phone calls or emails. They don't know where anything is when they do pick up. They can't determine the status of the tax return nor can they take a message. Mr. Friezen never once spoke to us, it was all through his staff. And to top it all off, they sent our TAX RETURN (hardcopy) to the wrong address - different from what was stated ON THE TAX RETURN - then claimed it wasn't their fault that they couldn't find the package. Absolutely nothing was done (April told us to call the post office and figure it out ourselves) and NO FOLLOW-UP to protect our privacy/SSNs/names etc. Who does that? If you lost private information for a client, at least offer to protect them! WORST CPAs EVER!
