Extreme Overbilling; Fraudulent Billing for Services NOT rendered, Caused Bank Loans to default by submitting Compiled financial Statments to the Bank 6 weeks late, dishonest answers to honest questions, lack of professionalism, and an overall horrible experience with this practitioner. Mr. Duarte was a "trusted" advisor for many years until i began to challenge him regarding this and many other irregularities. As it is, i had to fire Mr. Duarte for overall conduct unbecoming a CPA.
