She forgot to include my stock information as my income for 2018. IRS sent me a letter about it and gave me 4 weeks to respond. She ingnored my calls and messages for a week. Then she said she is busy. I asked her just to send me my 1040 so I can go to someone else for help but She said its not necessary since she is done with the amendment and asked for money. I sent her the money she asked for but she didnt sending me anything and stoped answering my calls or texts. I end up hiring a lawyer beacuse she got the money and didnt release my documents or comunicating. 2 days before my dealine and with my lawyer pressure she sent me my document but not completed. She had lots of excuses for being busy with other work and family issues. I do undrestand those but she could just email my 1040 and I could go to someone else. I have all my communication in text with her. I do NOT recomand her at all.
