I have ben using Jim for my tax preparer for years. His service has always been excellent. However, these last 2 years have been anything but. Staff does not return phone calls or emails. They have had my paperwork for 4 weeks now, and I still don't know if my taxes will be filed before April 17th deadline. I'm thinking about filing a complaint with the IRS because of his poor professionalism.
