Worst experience ever. Put wrong mailing address on my tax form, input wrong direct deposit information, and overall messed up everything for me. Everything that could've went wrong went wrong. Now I have my refund being mailed to a RANDOM address, because he input the wrong direct deposit info. I have to weeks upon weeks to even get it mailed back to me IF the person it was mailed doesn't take it. I might as well have filed myself. Once again worst experience ever. Wasn't trying to be helpful at all, felt like a burden to the guy. Do yourself a favor and find someone better, who is actually willing to fix the mistakes they made.
