Saddened to have to do this as I never have, but I truly hope this helps save someone else! Brenda is very unorganized and takes forever to process anything. Now, I already knew this but she was recommended from a friend and it never bothered me until now. She incorrectly processed my paper work, late at that, and then when I fixed the issue with the irs she said she would mail them out. A few weeks later with no update online or by phone I finally realized she never sent it out and I text called and went to her office multiple times with no success no profesional courtesy to let me know what’s up just straight up ignoring me. I ended up having to pay almost twice the cost elsewhere to fix what she messed up. I had already paid her it’s not like I owed her for the service so basically I gifted her my money. Do not come here. Trash trash trash very disappointed.
