One time, Bill omitted to report that we'd made thousands of dollars in estimated payments for our nanny taxes - then he blamed us for his oversight despite that we'd clearly sent him the information. While we did get the overpaid money reimbursed it meant we had to front the money for months. He also was so unhelpful as to tell us he couldn't easily provide a copy of a tax filing from merely 2 years ago when we needed one urgently - that he'd have to dig it up from the files in his archives and this was an encumbrance on him. I also found him confusing and rude in several of his communications. We kept trying to give him the benefit of the doubt and used him for several years in a row. I do not recommend him.
