Client Reviews of Wayne A. Murphy

I used this service for the last five plus years and it has steadily declined. Wayne Murphy is extremely unprofessional and forgetful. This past tax year I wanted to use someone else and literally in the last tax filing day he finally did my taxes. He never provides your tax documents. You have to ask and then he takes weeks to provide it. I am now being audited and he completely ghosted me. Not answering calls or emails and won’t provide a copy of my tax filing. I’m so scared and don’t know what to do that I have to now hire an attorney. I’m disgusted with this man and this company after using them for years I even fear that my personal data may be compromised. Any feedback on how to get them further reported would be helpful, I’m going to the better business bureau next.
