Annette prepared books for two of our businesses. She never once invoiced us for her services. Instead, she used her QuickBooks account to pay herself. When asked about it, she replied that she didn't know we wanted to be invoiced. Same response for monthly P&L and balance sheet reports, she didn't know we wanted those either. Then we received a cancelation notice for a State filing. She claimed she needed a number from the notice to make the payment. As a result, we moved to another service provider and asked that she return our record. She has refused to send them to us. An awful experience.
