Terrible customer service. We needed an additional form completed (After she had been paid) by her and she agreed to complete it. Weeks later we call the IRS to check status and they had not received any form from Rhonda P. McCormac. We called her to follow-up and she agreed to send a copy of the paperwork. Days later we called her and she hung up on us. She delayed the process for us completing paperwork to receive funds and she lied and not to mention hung up in our face. We are completely shocked and disappointed. Horrible service business!
