Overpriced! Working with Kenny has been an extremely frustrating experience. He is consistently rude, dismissive, and incredibly unhelpful. My fiancé has called simply trying to get clarification and move things forward, yet every interaction turns into an attitude-filled conversation that goes nowhere. We’ve been repeatedly told that she’s the person we have to work with, which makes it even more baffling that he offers no assistance and instead hangs up on us mid-call. Professionalism and basic courtesy are completely lacking here. I would not recommend dealing with him unless you enjoy being talked down to and left without answers.
