She was professional and kept attention to details I would have overlooked. I had just gotten audited after going to a well-known large tax firm and they were no help to me at all, in fact the employee did not work for them anymore. They said there was nothing they could do to help me. I was referred to Victoria from a mutual friend and she was able to explain to me what was going on, walked me through the process to amend my tax return and file the following years as well so that my fines were wiped out and I actually got a small refund. The fist thing I found appealing about N.C.T.S. was that it wasn't "Taxes R' Us"corporate....it was quite the opposite. the grassroots almost clandestine location (nestled within the confines of a nail salon across from Park and Shop) was quite easy to find "just look for the gigantic blow-up Uncle Sam between Togo's and Petsmart"! the second thing I found appealing was One Ms. Victoria Cross. Not unlike the highest British military decoration,,,(awarded for valour "in the face of the enemy")... Victoria Cross went above and beyond the call of duty and my expectations. She was sincere insightful, personable and oh!..I almost forgot to mention... "Easy on the eye's". I used to dread tax season...but not anymore. I found Northern California Tax Solutions quoint and relaxing ( and so was the pedicure I opted for while waiting for my consultation). Ms.Victoria Cross truly is a consummate tax professional, and the solution to all my tax problems!
