Sue did taxes for many years for my parents. Everything seemed to go well until this year. This year she left our family in a lurch. We started communication on her doing taxes in January and gave her everything to do the taxes in February. At the end of March, she said we should just do taxes with someone else. Her reason to fire us as clients seems to be because we asked a question on state taxes and that she has "hundreds of clients lined up" so apparently doesn't have time to take questions. Very poor customer service and leaving a long time client in a panic to find a new tax preparer during crunch time to find tax help is something other potential customers should be aware of.
