Don’t do business with this lady! She’s a BIG LIAR! I had her do my amended taxes on APRIL 12th. It’s now July, and I still yet to receive my money. My whole point in coming to STACY was because the First Lady who did my taxes didn’t do my 1098 T form nor did she submit it. Fast forwarding to June I received a letter in the mail stating “They didn’t receive my 1098 T form” so I contacted Stacy and she told me once she made it back to her office she’d check on it. She then called back and told me that she JUST submitted the form, so I called the IRS back and they informed me that since she JUST SUBMITTED it on JUNE 17th the whole process will have to start over.. so that’s another 2 months. I asked for a refund on my money I gave her to amend my taxes because she didn’t even do anything, I’m still in the same situation of not having my money. This lady was very unprofessional and she’s such a liar. When I called her she kept saying that THIS ISN’T HER FAULT, but indeed it was. I feel like I should at least get half of my money back considering that she messed everything up. She was in her office talking bad about the people who did my taxes the first time but she isn’t any better. DEFINITELY WOULDN’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HER!! I really wish I could upload my screenshots of all the questions I asked her before she resubmitted my taxes.
