Whaley & Associates. Meaghan, worst possible person we could have chosen to work with for our business taxes. We should have looked up reviews from other websites as well as google about her. Clearly she has done this to other clients as well. Asked for help with our taxes back on April 30th 2024. Gave her all of our paperwork. Everything she asked for. Emailed the stuff we forgot to provide in paperwork form. So everything is all ready. As far as I know. So she tells my husband and I, they just lost someone at their offices and may need an extra month or two. But she will hurry best she can. Should be done by July 1st at the latest.. I wait until July rolls around. I don't hear anything. By July 10th I send out an email and I ask Meaghan if there's any information she's missing, if everything got filed, how everything is going and what's happening. I hear nothing. I then call. I get an answer and she says, oh I wanted to tell you I've been working on your taxes with our intern, I want to have a conference call with you and your husband. She doesn't tell me when, just tells me she will call me. She never calls. I send an email August 26th asking about said conderence call again. Never receive an email back. I have called. July 23, September 17th, and now today Sept 25. I have left voicemails EVERY SINGLE TIME. To please return my calls or email me and please let me know what is happening.I have not once heard back from her. This has been 6 months of trying to work with someone who is supposed to be a professional. That has dodged phone calls and emails. Someone who has personal financial information and doesn't do the job they say they will do. If you are smart you will look around and find someone else to go to. She isn't worth your time. She is definitely not worth the stress you deal with not knowing if your taxes have been filed!! This is absolutely what poor work ethic looks like.
