DESERVES 0 RATINGS. DONT GO HERE This "Mario Hernandez" or as I like to reference him as IGNORANT. clearly does not KNOW THE meaning OF PROFESSIONALISM. He seems to lack attentiveness to his customers. He seems to not work well under pressure because you can clearly tell in his voice that something is far up his ass. He spends all day trying to put together insurance and he totally wasted his time because he DID NOTHING! He clearly does not understand your request. Seem like he lacks DETAIL too as well as Comprehension. He seems to love to hang up on individuals that call his place of business and ARGUE . He hung up on me after saying he will get to the insurance when he gets to it and that it will be a couple of hours before he gets to it,. keep in mind the customer had purchased the vehicle the day before and had been waiting ALL night and morning long. couple of hours must mean all night and all day. I mean does it really take you that long to PRINT out a piece of paper? WOW. seems like either you have 0 employees or you do not know how to multitask when it comes to your JOB or your just simply lazy. needless to say he still did not send over the requested information and told me to just call the 1800 # since he cant figure it out on his own I'm guessing because again he seems to NOT comprehend a simple request that I received from the insurance carrier from the 1800# in just under 2 MIN!. Could he seriously NOT provide a document showing us a LOSS PAYEE??? Was it that hard? Did you not know how to do that? Were you confused.? You seem to be embarrassing yourself as well as the insurance carrier in which you represent due to your total lack of comprehension and the fact that your giving customers your business card in which mean "call if you need anything" Called Insurance Carrier and placed a complaint,. apparently the rep told me this is not the first complaint and that she will forward all info to director. I also told her that I have recordings of the conversation and she then provided me with information to forward that information too. If you already have insurance here, don't bother to call this place of business , HE IS NO HELP. Call the 1800# on your policy and they will take care of your needs in a professional manner. I'm so glad he told me to call the 1800 # since he cant figure it out. I would say that is by far the best Decision he made all day!!! Thanks Mario, I also advised the customer to call the 1800 # and complain and better yet switch insurance companies that way he can get the respect a customer deserves. :) he said he will give the insurance a chance since the 1800 Rep was so nice and respectful. I advised him to call the 1800 # for all your needs, questions and concerns.
