Maria did our 2019 taxes for the first time in August of 2020. It's March of 2021 and still have not recieved our refund for one reason or another and she doesn't seem to care speed things up either. When we ask her to do something she gives us the run around or says she's busy and never returns texts or calls when she says. Seems to lack knowledge of how to deal with issues with taxes and IRS as well as very high fees! Please do yourself a favor and keep looking!
