1) he was dishonest with us, and his dishonesty cost us dearly. He lies about what he has done and failed to do. 2) I sued him for fraud and malpractice and I received a settlement far in excess of his malpractice policy. 3) he has also settled other cases where he was accused of fraud and malpractice 4) if you want details just google his name. 5) CPA license was placed on probations twice and it was suspended.
