AVOID: Overcharges & Unethical Behavior Promised $1,200 total by Michael but got blindsided with a $2,000 bill for mere QuickBooks edits. No prior authorization! Tried to make me sign a contract to pay "any and all bills" before even sending one. John later threatened me with court when questioned. This 20-year-old firm has only one Google review. They likely delete negative ones. As a hardworking small business owner, I find their tactics predatory. Do yourself a favor—stay away!
