Terrible, unprofessional,misleading tax office. The owner Angela doesn't know how to do out-of-state taxes and screwed my taxes and my fiances. She couldnt do new york state taxes and asked me questions that she should know, I mean if you are going to ask me those questions i might as well do them myself online and save myself the $85.00 fee. Unfortunately there were some additional docs that we had to resubmitted because my old job sent them out late, She accused me of trying to submit more paper work (sneaky) after we paid. As if we didn't want to pay for those additional docs. The fact that she made many errors (after I had another tax person review my returns) she should be giving us our money back! When we ask her the status of our taxes she wouldn't tell us, she wont pick up her phone or reply to emails. Only text. Yes text! She is basically holding our tax documents hostage. The most unprofessional tax person ever!!! It's sad, I've referred many people to her and this is how she treats loyal customers. And she's basically stop responding to me. The last text I got was this: "I have the right not to do business with you and your fiance. This is the end of our conversation." Never have I been treated this way! I'm reporting her to the BBB, ripoffreport, and other business accredited sites. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE FOR HER SHADY INSURANCE AND HET TERRIBLE TAX SERVICES!!
