I don’t even know where to start with these people. First and foremost they are unprofessional; you would think that being in accounting for as long as they claim to have been they would learn some basic professional curtesy but they are rude and impatient people. This whole thing started because they charge more for their services than they originally quoted, I called to point it out and they were combative and straight up rude to me on the phone. There were many errors on the accounting work they did and on top of that they did not even complete the job on time!! I refused to pay because I had to take it to a different accounting firm to fix Compton’s mistakes!! So I refused to pay and she sent her husband to my work to threaten and belittle me!! Talk about totally unprofessional, this thug of a company thinks they can send bullies to my place of business because they did not get their way. Be warned people, these people are bad at their job, they don’t get the work, they charge too much and they are jerks, find someone, anyone else for your accounting work.
