I had a very negative experience via email with Gail Chene. It took over 9 days of back and forth emails with her. I was only trying to get a quote from her and instead she would just write me aggressively saying it was too soon to file, asking if I wanted her to "guess what tax slips i had", tell me about some tax book she wrote and that she deals with the Tecumseh MP. I don't even understand why this was relevant or why she was getting so upset over a new customer just asking for a simple, rough idea quote. She was recommended to me by my coworker. I am not impressed at all.
