DON’T HIRE HIM! He filed my tax return without my consent and I found out only when I realized that there was a mistake. I played nice and he promised to fix the issue immediately. I won’t go into details that are very frustrating but the result is that it has been 10 months and my amendment just got filed since Feb 12, 2018. I’m asked to pay more taxes which is not possible based on the money I made and on top of that I’m asked to pay $600 in late fees and interested. Frank blocked my numbers and doesn’t respond to my emails. Now I have to pay to redo the tax return from last year and pay fees that he should be paying. Don’t waste your time if you don’t want to find yourself in a situation like this. Very unreliable
