I am very disappointed, I have done my taxes for the last 3 years, 1st year was fine, great we were very happy with the service 2nd year we had a couple of issues, but this year forget it he was ok to take my information to do my taxes and charge me after that never answered the phone, text always with diferent excuse that is too busy with the 453 clients he has. Wish I am one of them by the way. Today after 4 month of submitting my taxes, I called the IRS because I wasn’t able to get updates online. So IRS say the paperwork was denied right away because of such and such to resubmit. and two days ago Miguel texted me saying He checked online and they supposedly fix the issue and I will get my refund soon. I lost my money, now I need to look for someone who can do it and pay again thanks to Miguel Marrero. So no I do not recomend anyone to get there taxes done by him; he is too busy.
